Workshops & Group
Art therapy workshops offer a guided group experience where participants explore a theme or goal using creative expression. These workshops are a great way to:
Introduce art therapy to new clients
Support teams, athletes, schools, or families
Build self-awareness, confidence, and coping skills in a safe space
A workshop might include:
A theme (like “finding your inner strength,” “navigating change,” “emotional resilience,” or “team connection”)
A short group check-in or mindfulness activity
A guided creative prompt (e.g., paint your safe space, create a visual timeline, collage your support system)
Time for art-making using a variety of materials
Optional sharing or reflection (verbally or through writing)
A gentle close and takeaway message or coping tool
Workshops can be designed for:
Children and youth (classrooms, summer camps, after-school programs)
Athletes and teams (visualizing success, coping with injury, team bonding)
Parents and caregivers (exploring emotions, supporting kids through transitions)
Community groups (trauma healing, self-care, identity, empowerment)
Length of Session:
2 hours to 6 hours
Cost:
$175/hour
"I really enjoyed just being able to move and express emotion through movement. The seminar was really helpful, and I will use the art to help with stress in other times too."
