Individual art therapy for children, youth and adults.

Every art therapy session is a little different—because every person is different! Sessions are designed around your unique goals, interests, and comfort level.

Some days might include spontaneous art-making—where you choose your own materials and let your creativity guide you. Other times, I might offer a directive or art-based prompt designed to help explore specific emotions, memories, or challenges you're working through.

You might:

  • Create a self-portrait using paint and collage

  • Build a “safe space” using clay

  • Make a feelings wheel or timeline of your story

  • Just scribble with pastels and talk about your day

We’ll always talk about your goals—like building confidence, processing emotions, healing from trauma, or learning new coping tools—and I’ll gently guide the process with creativity and care.

No art experience is needed—just a willingness to try something new.
